Maintenance support also offers support for new building projects. Convoi is able to take care of all vertical and horizontal transfers during construction of technically complex new plant.

Whilst the ink on the design plans for new plant is still drying, we are ready to provide our advice on how elements can be positioned at a later stage. Lifting and transfer plans are part and parcel of this specialised activity. When new plant is being installed, equipment and machinery can be placed according the instructions in the lifting plan. Lump sum prices are agreed on beforehand for the positioning of specific items. Not only does Convoi carry out transfer and positioning of plant components, we also carry out highly specialised transport activities right down to the very last detail.

Convoi is also able to put the steelwork in place and provides support to all activities with the right equipment.
