The success or failure of almost every lifting project depends on good planning. Good preparation does not stop at site evaluation or the formulation of a lifting plan by our Engineering department.

Guidance and support during and after the implementation phase and the need to make improvements are equally important at Convoi. In order to look after these business processes adequately, Convoi employs a number of professional managers. These project managers are involved at every stage of the process - the planning, the implementation, the evaluation and drawing up of the invoice.
