Forwarding and mail management

Need someone to carry out your forwarding or mail management? Convoi has the in-house experience to take this off your hands. If required your existing staff can continue their normal work under the charge of Convoi. We are responsible for ensuring that these departments remain operational. We provide monthly reports to keep you notified of all the important developments and the costs stay transparent at all times.

Our shipping staff will look after the sorting, inspection and registration of all incoming and outgoing goods. The goods will then be redistributed internally to the correct department or site. Goods for dispatch are collected on demand from each location. These are carefully packed, machine-franked and passed on to the shipping company for domestic or international delivery.

Mail is sorted and delivered to the right departments by Convoi. We use a digital address book so we know exactly where everyone is. All mail is handled in conformity with set protocols, which are formulated in consultation with the client. Outgoing mail is collected machine-franked and dispatched. Photocopying machines are refilled on each mail round.

We look after all your paperwork, so you no longer have to worry about invoices, delivery notes, receipts, etc.
