The project team will combine the required experiences, will review and assess issues concerning machinery and their surroundings, and will describe any risks via the SHEQ reports.

Depending on the complexity of the project, the engineering department will be involved in the project and will create either a 2 or 3 dimensional design in AutoCAD. The next step is to devise an action plan, and to discuss the possibilities and implications with you. The professionals at Convoi have any eye for detail, and are both inventive and flexible when it comes to finding the best solution for your situation.

The project manager will oversee the project during its implementation phase, and will monitor its progress on the basis of its action plan. The use of interim reports will keep you informed of the progress and status.

Main contractor

Convoi may also act as a main contractor and assume leadership and responsibility, including managing any communication with any subcontractors or OEMs. In practice, this is a sound process via which the Convoi project manager is able to oversee all of the activities. He is responsible, he is in charge, and he handles the management of all of the parties to provide maximum levels of coordination. As a customer, you are provided with one point of contact: this keeps the lines of communication short, and defines responsibilities clearly.
