You switch the machine off, and we will switch it back on (at the new location)

A turn-key relocation of your machine, product line, or installation can be started immediately following decommissioning and can consist of the following steps:

  • Switching off and disconnecting
  • Disassembling
  • Move-out
  • Transporting
  • Move-in at the new location
  • Surveying
  • Installation
  • Alignments
  • Connecting

This is all done mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, and pneumatically. A turn-key delivery is completed with a ‘cold run’. Everything is working and has been checked, the PLC will run the program, the engines will rotate in the right direction, cylinders will work as they should do, the robots will be moving correctly, everything will be functional and will operate without any products being produced or manufactured. One step further is known as ‘Testing & Commissioning’.
